2 lbs. zucchini, chopped fine
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
1/4 c. butter
4 slices day old bread, crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheese

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cheese and place in greased casserole dish, sprinkle the top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
