CHEESE N' POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
2 hard cooked boiled eggs (opt.)

Place half of sliced potatoes in casserole. Add half of other ingredient. Top with potatoes and other ingredients. Cover. Bake until potatoes are tender. Remove cover and add cheese and eggs, if desired. Bake until melted. Serves 6 to 8.
