1 c. oil
2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts (crushed walnuts, etc.)
3 c. diced apples
1 (3 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Mix all together, sprinkle top with butterscotch chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
