LOUISIANA PRALINE COOKIES 
Graham crackers
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped nuts

Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets (ones with edges). Cover both cookie sheets with single layer of graham crackers. Place sugar, butter, salt and graham crackers. Place sugar, butter, salt and vanilla in saucepan; cook until sugar is dissolved. Pour mixture over graham crackers. Sprinkle 1 cup nuts over each sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cook before serving.
