POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. sausage
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix w/mushrooms
Bell pepper, onions, etc.
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
1 3/4 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce

Brown ground chuck and sausage. Pour off excess fat. Add spaghetti sauce mix, water and tomato sauce. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Top with pepperoni, onion and bell pepper. Place mozzarella cheese on top.

BATTER:

1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. oil
Parmesan cheese
