CONNIE'S BREAD PUDDING 
Pam your 9"x13" baking dish.

Make 2 layers. Mix: 3 c. milk 2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 tsp. almond extract

Pour over bread and let sit for at least 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.

SAUCE:

1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 egg, beaten until lemon colored
1/4 c. Amaretto or Grand Marnier
1/4 c. sugar

Whip whipping cream and set aside. Mix egg, liqueur and sugar together. Fold in whipped cream.
