CHICKEN OR BEEF FAJITAS 
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 c. burgundy wine
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. water

Combine ingredients for marinade. Pour over meat; let stand 30 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap tortillas in foil; heat at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until soft, OR, heat in plastic wrap in microwave 3-5 minutes (I use flour tortillas.)

Broil or grill chicken and/or beef. Slice thinly and serve in tortillas with grilled tomato, green pepper, and onion. Serve with salsa, guacamole sauce, cheddar cheese and/or sour cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
