CHICKEN FAJITAS 
1/3 c. lime juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Tequila
1/3 c. olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. garlic, chopped
2 lg. boneless chicken breasts
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 med. onion
2 tomatoes
Flour tortillas
Refried beans
Guacamole
Salsa
Lime wedges

Cut chicken, green pepper, red pepper, onion and tomatoes into narrow strips. Marinate chicken in remaining ingredients for at least several hours. Heat small amount of oil (preferably peanut) in a Wok or skillet. Remove chicken from marinade, (reserving marinade). Stir fry chicken in oil until done (white). Remove chicken. Add oil if necessary and stir fry peppers and onions until tender crisp. Then add tomatoes and heat through. Add chicken and some of reserved marinade. Stir and cook until heated through. Warm the tortillas. Place a small amount of heated refried beans on center of tortilla. Add some chicken mixture. Squirt with a small amount of lime juice. Add guacamole and salsa if desired. Roll up and eat!
