POTATO PANCAKES 
8-10 potatoes
1 tbsp. flour for every potato
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 can whole corn
1 tbsp. baking soda

Grate potatoes, then add eggs, flour, salt, pepper, corn and baking soda. Mix together. Then take frying pan, put a little oil in bottom. Heat it up and spoon out potatoes to the size you want them, small, medium or large. Cook until almost done.
