Take and pack into your freezer bags what will make you a serving for your family.

When you take them out to eat, don't thaw at all. Cut the ends off of each okra and throw in trash. Cut the rest of the okra up in slices and place in your batter and fry as usual. Tastes like fresh out of the garden!
