1 sm. pkg. cooked chocolate pudding
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
1 chocolate cake mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pudding according to package directions. At point of thickening, turn off stove and mix in dry cake mix. Blend thoroughly. Pour mixture onto an ungreased medium size lipped brown sheet pan or into an ungreased 8 x 9 inch cake pan.

Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake in oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Brownies are done when firm and inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cut into small pieces.
