CHERRY PIE SUPREME | |
1 graham cracker crust 4 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 can (1 lb. 5 oz.) cherry pie filling 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. Cool Whip Prepare graham cracker crust. Spread 1/2 of cherry pie filling on the bottom of crust. In small bowl with mixer, make filling (cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla). Beat until smooth. Pour over cherry filling in pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely. To serve: Spoon Cool Whip around sides of pie in "dollops". Fill center of pie with remaining cherry pie filling. You may also use blueberry pie filling. |
