2 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. plain M&M'S®

Combine, bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
