Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Flour tortilla
Taco seasoning
Soft butter
Grated Parmesan

For each Quesadilla scatter 2 tablespoons Jack cheese on half of a flour tortilla. Sprinkle with taco seasoning. Fold tortilla in half, press gently together. Lightly butter top and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Place on plate in microwave and cook 30 seconds or until cheese melts. Cut in wedges and serve.
