LIME - NUT CONGEALED SALAD 
1 pkg. lime flavor gelatin
15 lg. marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans, chopped

Drain pineapple juice into a 2 cup measuring cup. Add enough water to juice to measure 2 cups liquid. Heat juice mixture to boiling point. Add marshmallows to melt. While hot pour over gelatin, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Refrigerate. When partially congealed, add remaining ingredients. Mix well; chill. Serves 8 to 10.
