1 lg. pkg. instant rice
1 lb. uncooked sausage
Garlic salt
Pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. celery
2 c. onion

Fix rice as it tells you on package; add sausage, raw in pieces, add all other ingredients. Stuff fowl and cover fowl with dressing and put in a covered roaster. Cook at 300 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. Rake dressing off fowl last half hour so it can brown. Can be used for any kind of meat.
