PORK CHOPS SUPREME 
3/4 to 1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
6 (3/4 inch thick) loin pork chops
1 med. onion, sliced
1 can condensed consomme
1 c. dairy sour cream
3 tbsp. flour
1 can mushroom soup

Combine sage, salt, and dash of pepper; rub chops well with mixture. Brown chops lightly in hot fat. Add onions, consomme, and mushroom soup. Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until meat is tender. Combine sour cream and flour; pour over chops. Simmer, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
