PORK CHOPS SUPREME 
4 lean pork chops, 1 inch thick
4 thin onion slices
4 thin lemon slices
1/4 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/4 c. catsup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Season well with salt. Place in 13x9 inch pan or large baking dish. Top each pork chop with an onion slice and a lemon slice. Place 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of catsup on top of each chop. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally.
