BROCCOLI RAISIN SALAD 
3 lg. stalks broccoli, cut up
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
3/4 c. raisins

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/8 c. sliced green onion

Mix dressing a day ahead. Toss with broccoli, bacon and raisins right before serving. 6 servings.
