POPOVERS 
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. flour (Wondra works best)
1/4 tsp. salt

Put ingredients in blender. Cover and blend for 15 seconds. Pour into greased and heated (put pan in oven for 5 minutes before adding batter) popover pan. I use a cast iron muffin pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 10 to 12 popovers.
