FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. white sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 sm. can pineapple tidbits
12 grapes (red or green)
4 or 5 strawberries
1 kiwi

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugar together. Gradually add well beaten egg, milk and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and add to mixture. Blend well and spread dough on a greased pizza pan with well floured fingers. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until slightly brown. Let cool while preparing topping.

TOPPING: Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together well. Spread onto cool crust. Drain pineapple (save juice), arrange pineapples around complete edge of crust. Next, grapes (cut in half), then strawberries (sliced) with kiwi in circles in the middle. Mix 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons water and 1 teaspoon cornstarch over low heat until thick. Drizzle over top of fruit.
