CHOCOLATE-ORANGE CHEESECAKE 
1 3/4 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
1/2 stick butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 lg. eggs, room temperature
2 tbsp. Grand Marnier (or any orange liquour)
Zest of 1 lg. orange
Cocoa powder

Mix cookie crumbs and butter together. Press into 8-inch springform pan and chill in freezer for at least 1/2 hour. Beat all the rest of ingredients, except cocoa powder, for 15-20 minutes on medium speed. Pour into chilled crust, level batter by rotating pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until top feels nearly dry (filling will move slightly when pan is shaken gently). Cool on cake rack and chill at least 6 hours. Unmold and dust the top of cheesecake with sifted cocoa. Decorate as desired.
