PECAN NUT CUPS 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix and chill dough.

FILLING:

2 eggs, beaten slightly
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together with egg beater.

Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add flour and mix. Chill dough. Form dough into balls size of pecan. Press in one inch muffin tin (do not grease pan).

Shape like the cup. Add filling 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Then reduce temperature to 200 degrees. Bake another 10 minutes. Remove the cups right away and let cool.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
