RITZ CRACKER DESSERT 
6 egg whites at room temperature
2 c. granulated sugar
40 Ritz crackers, coarsely crushed
1 c. nuts, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 pkgs. Dream Whip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites in a bowl, until very stiff. Add sugar gradually. Fold in crushed crackers, chopped nuts and vanilla. Bake in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool in pan. Prepare 2 packages of Dream Whip and spread over dessert.

Refrigerate and serve, cut in squares. This dessert is better made the day before using.
