ENCHILADAS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
10 flour tortillas
1 pkg. taco powder
Jalapeno peppers (optional)
1 med. size jar taco sauce
Grated cheese

Brown ground beef with 1 onion (diced) and 1 package taco powders (peppers if desired). When done, spoon meat in flour tortillas; add grated cheese, roll and lay in Pam-sprayed baking dish.

Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup and 3/4 cup milk. Pour over enchiladas. Pour taco sauce over enchiladas. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with grated cheese and put in oven until cheese melts. (Use toothpicks to hold enchiladas together.)
