IMPOSSIBLE LASAGNE PIE | |
1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese (sm. curd) 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 c. milk 2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 eggs Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10" x 1 1/2". Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in plate. Mix cooked beef, 1/2 cup of the Mozzarella cheese, the oregano, basil and tomato paste; spoon evenly over top. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. 6 to 8 servings. |
