PARTY POTATOES 
8-10 potatoes, peel, boil, drain, mash a bit
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt

Beat until fluffy. Put in 4 quart casserole dish, dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (after refrigerator for 24 hours.) Prepare day ahead.
