FROZEN CUCUMBERS 
8 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 medium onion
1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar

Slice cucumbers and onions thinly. Mix with salt. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Drain off the juice, but don't rinse. Mix sugar and vinegar together until sugar is dissolved. Pour over the cucumber mixture. Place into freezer bags and freeze. Thaw to eat.
