CHEESE CHIP PUFFS 
6 slices day old white bread
3 oz. soft cream cheese
1 tbsp. chopped chives
5 tbsp. melted butter
Potato chips

Trim crust from bread slices. Roll each slice flat. Mix cream cheese and chives. Spread on bread slices; cut each slice into 3 strips. Roll up jelly roll style. Dip each roll into melted butter, then roll into crushed potato chips. Freeze until firm. Keeps up to one month in freezer. Bake on Teflon pan 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
