ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. grated unpared zucchini
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz.)
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Cream butter, oil and sugar with mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in vanilla.

Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk to creamed mixture, beat well after each addition. Stir in zucchini. Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake 50-55 minutes at 325 degrees.
