CHEESECAKE PIE 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 container (8 oz.) Cool whip topping, thawed
1 prepared 9" graham cracker or butter crumb crust

1. Beat cheese until smooth, gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.

2. Fold in whip topping, blend well.

3. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Serve with sweetened fresh fruit, or with any of the toppings below.

Strawberry Glazed Cheesecake: Prepare cheesecake as directed and chill. Arrange 1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved, on filling brush with 1/3 cup melted currant jelly.

Pineapple Cheesecake: Spoon 1 can (8 ounce) crushed pineapple in juice, drained, in center of filling.

Cherry Cheesecake: Spoon 1 cup cherry pie filling in ring around edge of filling.
