PARTY POTATO SLICES | |
3/4 c. sour cream 1 tbsp. chopped chives 3 med. baking potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices Parkay squeeze butter Velveeta process cheese spread slices, quartered 6 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled Preheat oven to broil. Mix sour cream and chives; lightly brush both sides of potato with butter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Broil 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Top potato with process cheese spread and bacon; continue broiling until process cheese spread begins to melt. Serve warm with sour cream mixture. Yield: Approximately 2 dozen. |
