SKILLET SUPPER 
3 to 4 lg. Idaho potatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, sliced
Cheese (med. or sharp)
Tomato ketchup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Boil sliced potatoes for about 15 minutes or until slightly tender. Remove and drain.

Use medium to large size casserole dish. Place a layer of ground beef, then a layer of potatoes, cheese, onions and tomato ketchup. Continue this process until desired amount ending with tomato ketchup on top.

Cook in oven 350 to 400 degrees (depending upon oven) approximately 45 minutes to one hour. Cool and serve as a meal or with any green vegetable.
