ORANGE AND ONION SALAD 
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. green onion tops
1/2 c. walnuts
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
7 c. crisp salad greens (Romaine, green leaf, etc. lettuces)

Melt butter in small skillet; add walnuts and saute until crisp and brown, sprinkle nuts with salt. Just before serving, place greens in salad bowl; add oranges, onions, walnuts and toss with Catalina dressing.

Serves 6 to 8.
