VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen vegetables (cauliflower & broccoli are excellent)
8 oz. shredded cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Cook and drain vegetables. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with cheese and crackers (crumbled). Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
