SHRIMP CHEESE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. onion
1 c. parsley
1/3 c. chopped green olives
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

In medium bowl combine softened cream cheese with olives, onions, and Tabasco sauce. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for about 15 minutes. Shape into balls and roll in chopped parsley, coat well. Chill 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
