DOG BISCUITS 
3 1/2 c. flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. rye flour
2 c. cracked wheat
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. dry nonfat milk
2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 pt. chicken stock or other liquid
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk to brush

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and add to liquid. Pour into dry ingredients and mix. Knead for about 3 minutes. Dough will be stiff. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut to desired size and shape. Place on baking sheets and bake in a 300 degree oven for 45 minutes. Turn off heat and leave in oven overnight. They will be bone hard in the morning and dogs love them!
