SWEDISH LIMPA 
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 orange peel, grated
1/2 c. molasses
2 yeast cakes
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp. Crisco
1 tsp. anise seed
1/2 graham flour & 1/2 white flour (3 c. of each approx.)
1 tsp. salt

Let rise twice and stir good. Then knead, shape and raise. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Five to ten minutes before done, brush with light molasses and water.
