RUTH'S KEY LIME PIE 
1/2 c. Key Lime juice
1 can Borden's Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
4 oz. Cool Whip (half of an 8 ounce container)
1 pie shell (A ready chocolate pie shell is excellent)

Mix the milk and Cool Whip until thoroughly blended, then add juice until completely blended. Fill into pie shell and chill.

While you're at it, make two it freezes well for a later treat. Since I'm a bit lazy when it comes to cooking, I love recipes such as this one which tastes like a million bucks and leads people to believe you labored all day in the kitchen.
