WHOLEWHEAT SNICKERDOODLES 
2 c. butter or oil
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Stir together 1 ingredient at a time. Shape into balls. Dip in cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
