CHICKEN SALAD SUPREME 
3 chicken breasts
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. white grapes, halved
2 tbsp. minced parsley
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. salt

Simmer chicken breast until cooked. Cool and finely dice chicken. Mix with remaining ingredients. Serve on lettuce leaves.
