QUARTERBACK BEANS | |
2 cans (16 oz. each) B&M brick oven baked beans 1/2 lb. cocktail sausages, cut in bite size pieces 1/4 c. barbeque sauce 1 c. crushed corn chips 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 c. chopped green onion Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a shallow 2 quart casserole, combine beans, sausages and barbeque sauce. In a medium bowl, combine corn chips, cheese and onion. Top beans with corn chip mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. |
