COOKED SHRIMP 
1 1/2 lb. raw, peeled, cleaned shrimp, fresh or frozen
1 qt. water
2 tbsp. salt
Sauce of choice

Thaw frozen shrimp. Combine water and salt; bring to a boil. Place shrimp in boiling water and simmer for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Serve with sauce.

NOTE: If cooking rock shrimp, simmer for only 1/2 to 1 minute, depending on size.
