PRESTO PASTA 
6 slices bacon, diced
6 green onions, cut in 2 inch pieces
2 (9 oz.) pkgs. Fordhook lima beans or baby limas
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. red pepper

In a 10 inch skillet, over medium low heat, cook bacon until browned. Drain. Add onion to bacon drippings. Cook at medium high until golden. Add lima beans, salt and cook until tender, stirring frequently. Place mixture in large bowl.

Prepare pasta as directed - drain. Add to bowl. Add olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce and pepper, plus bacon and toss. Serve warm. Serves 10 as side dish.
