MOCK LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 lb. Rigatone
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
12 or 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce (or your own)
Grated cheese

Brown ground meat with a little onion and garlic. Drain grease. Add tomato sauce and simmer approximately 30 minutes. Cook Rigatoni and drain. In baking pan line bottom with layer of sauce, then put 1/2 Rigatoni on top of this. Add the Ricotta cheese, 1/2 Mozzarella and top with sauce. Then add remaining Rigatoni, Mozzarella and sauce. Top with grated cheese. Top with tinfoil and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes and serve after cooling 10 minutes.
