MOCK BABY RUTH BARS 
2/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. crunch peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. quick oatmeal
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. salted Spanish peanuts

Melt first 3 ingredients, add 1/4 cup peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over oatmeal. Mix well and press into 9"x13" greased pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.

Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips. Add 2/3 cup peanut butter and salted peanuts. Pour over baked mixture. Cool and cut into squares.
