CHIP BEEF DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 pkg. dry beef (chopped real fine)
1/2 c. green pepper
2 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped pecans, sauteed in butter (put on top)

Cook in oven 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
