CHINESE CABBAGE 
6 c. Chinese cabbage, thinly sliced
1/4 c. scallions, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
2 tsp. sesame oil or vegetable oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and saute the Chinese cabbage. Stir constantly for 3 or 4 minutes until tender and crisp. Stir in the rest of the ingredients; season to taste. Yields: 2 servings.
