APPLE PIE FILLING 
5 med. apples
1/4 c. of corn syrup or honey
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Line a 9 inch pie pan with rich pie crust; wash quarter and core apples. DO NOT PEEL. Cut into medium thin slices crosswise. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and add to apples, turning until each slice is covered with dry mixture.

Fill pie shell pour corn syrup or honey over the top. Dot with butter, cover with top crust, sealing well on edges. Bake 10 minutes in hot 425 degree oven reduce to 325 degrees and bake until done approximately 45 minutes.
