TUNA DISH 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. butter
3 green onions
2 1/2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed oriental vegetables, thawed
1 (10 oz.) can tuna, drained
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Cook rice and butter until rice is transparent. Add green onions and cook 1 minute or until tender. Stir in water. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and cook 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Add vegetables. Cook 5 more minutes. Fold in tuna and soy sauce. Serves 4.
